Science and Art Yield Big Win for Agroalimentari Del Colle
Italian producer Agroalimentari Del Colle has won a Gold Award at the 2020 NYIOOC World Olive Oil Competition.

The producer, located in Italy's southern region of Puglia, collected the award for its Masserie Di Sant'Eramo, a medium blend. The company produces extra virgin olive oil from Coratina and Peranzana olives using traditional methods.
"This award is aimed at consumers who keep a close eye on quality and healthy eating," owner Antonia Isabella Perrone said.
She added that the central tenet of her brand's philosophy is to produce good food and enable healthy living.

The NYIOOC World Olive Oil Competition, held each spring in New York, is the world's largest and most prestigious olive oil contest and its annual listing of award winners is considered the authoritative guide to the year’s best extra virgin olive oils.
