Coupage Blanc is made using two traditional Italian cultivars: Frantoio and Leccino. The oil has a fresh, fruity smell with a bitter and spicy taste. Notes of dried fruits, green herbs, white pepper and subtle notes of tomato and fig tree leaves can all be detected by the palate.
O'33 José Ignacio is an Uruguayan venture that started started in 2008 with two farms in the provinces of Maldonado and Treinta y Tres. Today, the company grows 8,000 olive trees of different varieties from Italy, Spain, Greece and Israel, as well as 8,000 vines from France.
