Elawon Green Fresh olive oil is produced with early harvested Athenolia variety olives. It is characterized by its fresh green flavor, fruity aromas, low acidity and strong peppery aftertaste. It is also rich in antioxidants and high in polyphenols.
In Peloponnesian land, near ancient Mycenae, we produce extra virgin olive oil in our private olive groves. In a pollution-free environment the olives are handpicked and immediately transferred to the oil press.
