This organic extra virgin olive oil is produced directly on the farm. The olives are harvested and immediately crushed in our company oil mill, via cold extraction and using the latest technology. All of this allows us to produce a fragrant oil full of vitamins from the olives.

About Le Fontacce di Botti Simone
Le Fontacce is an ancient Tuscan farm surrounded by olive trees on the slopes of Mount Pratomagno. The company was born in 2008 on an existing farm founded in the early 1800s. We are now certified-organic for all of our products. We cultivate olives, legumes, saffron and iris, all of which are done with a lot of passion and respect for local traditions.
