Angélica is made on a family farm in the region of Moura, Alentejo. The picture of my grandmother, Angélica, who took over the operation of the farm when she was 40, illustrates the label. The olive production was and remains the creator of wealth on the estate. This olive oil is a tribute to her, to whom I owe my passion for the lands and tradition of Alentejo. This EVOO is a blend of the three native varieties: Galega, Cordovil and Verdeal. It is very fruity. The acidity is only 0.1 percent.

Angélica EVOO is a blend made from three Portuguese olive varieties, Galega, Cordovil and Verdeal, from our centenary non-irrigated olive trees, in Moura, Alentejo. The farm has been in the family since the nineteenth century. Angélica was the name of my grandmother, a strong minded women who took her own destiny into her hands and ran the family farm after she became widowed in 1940, at the age of 39. This oil is a tribute to her, to whom we owe our passion for EVOO.
