This mix of Nocellara del Belice, Cerasuola and Biancolilla varieties is produced from Sicilian olives only grown within the company estate, Case di Latomie. It is characterized by a spicy and herby full bodied and persistent taste. It is medium-fruity, fully rounded and well-balanced with a pleasing aftertaste of tomato, almond and artichoke. Its herbaceous taste makes it ideal to pair with all fish, vegetable soups, red meat, cheese and all vegetable dishes.
Located in Sicily, the Azienda Agricola Centonze farm has almost 8,000 Nocellara del Belice trees, some of which are the most ancient in Sicily. The Centonze family prioritizes organic cultivation of the trees.
