Castello ColleMassari I.G.P., from the coast of southern Tuscany, is produced by the Bertarelli family in the Montecucco wine area. This oil is known for its blend which contains 20 percent of the very rare Olivastra Seggianese olive, as well as the classic Tuscan cultivars Frantoio, Leccino, Moraiolo, and Pendolino. This brilliant olive oil is elegantly spicy and fruity, with hints of wild herbs and the pronounced flavor of artichoke.
